I’d like to do a 1:1 Mentorship but I can’t afford it right now?

That’s exactly why The Collective exists. It offers access to valuable insights, encouragement, and direction at a fraction of the cost of a private mentorship. You’ll still get tools to improve your photography, start attracting clients, and create a life and business that excites you—supported by a wonderful community.

What do I get when I join?

Yes—prior mentorship is not required. The Collective is both a great starting point and a natural next step after private mentorship. Many members use it as a way to stay connected, inspired, and moving forward.

How do I join?

What happens after I sign up?

After purchasing you’ll receive an email with immediate access to the community platform to use either through your Internet browser or the app on your device (apple, android and desktop).

How much time will I need to dedicate to this each month?

That’s entirely up to you. There are no required deadlines. Many members check in weekly for new resources, prompts, and conversations—but you’re free to dip in and out in a way that suits your schedule.

Will I have the chance to get answers to all my questions?

While not every question may be answered directly (especially in lower tiers), Anna focuses on addressing topics that benefit the broader group. The Collective is built around shared growth, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions, gain community feedback, and learn from others' experiences.

I haven’t worked with a client yet, is this community for me?

Yes, The Collective is for photographers at any level. You’ll get access to knowledge and skills that will help you progress as a photographer faster. You can use these skills to skip the awkward moments and start on a higher level.

Will I have direct access to Anna?

While The Collective is not a 1:1 Mentorship, Anna shares regular insights, behind-the-scenes content, and Q&As within the community. Some tiers offer the option to book or access 1:1 Mentorship throughout the year, subject to availability.

Do I have to participate?

You can engage as much or as little as you’d like. If you'd prefer to access the monthly materials and stay behind the scenes, that’s completely fine. It’s all about what feels right for you.

Are there opportunities to showcase my work or collaborate with others?

Yes! Members of The Collective have opportunities to showcase their work in the community spaces and get featured in community spotlights. These opportunities help you gain exposure and build your portfolio in a supportive environment.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There’s no minimum commitment. However, since access is only offered through exclusive application windows, rejoining later may require waiting for the next opening—and the fee may increase.

What if I don’t feel ready to join yet?

That’s okay! You’re welcome to apply when you feel ready. Just know that spaces are limited and only open during select periods—so if you’re feeling unsure but curious, now might be the perfect time to take that next step with support around you.

Is this only for professional photographers?

Nope! The Collective is for anyone who wants to improve their photography skills and mindset, and who is kind and respectful—whether you’re just starting out, building something on the side, or running a full-time business.

What if I don’t have a camera yet?

No. Many of the resources, prompts, and discussions are relevant even before you purchase your gear (with lots of resources inside on what to look for when buying a camera). It’s a space to immerse yourself in photography and build your vision at your own pace.
