Anna Pihan
Anna Pihan is an Australian photographer and visual storyteller based between Europe and Sydney. Working primarily with analog processes, she captures subtle, timeless moments by blending natural light, rich textures, and a refined eye for detail. Her work is deeply inspired by travel, leisure, nature, and human experience — evoking calm, curiosity, and a sense of escape.
In 2021, Anna was awarded Best Documentary Photograph by the Centre for Contemporary Photography. She regularly contributes to international publications including Vogue Living, Condé Nast Traveler, The New York Times, WSJ, AD Spain, and Monocle.
Her visual language extends across travel, lifestyle, still life and fashion commercial campaigns, and editorial assignments with atmosphere, emotion, and a distinct sense of place. Beyond her photography, Anna leads The Collective, a creative community for photographers, and co-created The Pleasure of Leisure — a multidisciplinary brand celebrating a life lived well through books and inspiring conversations.
